- Course data: Assessment results and completion status.
- Certificate data: Your name as it appears on your completion certificate.
- Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe via Thinkific. We do not store card details.
- Usage data: Pages visited, session duration, browser type, IP address (via analytics cookies, with your consent).
- Communications: Messages sent via our contact form or email.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Delivering your course and issuing your completion certificate (contractual necessity)
- Sending transactional emails such as enrolment confirmation (contractual necessity)
- Allowing team managers to monitor employee completion (legitimate interest)
- Improving our platform and course content (legitimate interest)
- Complying with legal obligations including tax and financial record-keeping
- Sending marketing emails about new courses — only with your explicit consent
4. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted providers necessary to operate our service:
- Thinkific — course delivery platform (name, email, course progress)
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google Analytics — anonymised traffic analytics (consent required)
- Hostinger — website hosting
5. Data Retention
- Course and certificate records: 7 years (to support your Article 4 compliance audit trail)
- Payment records: 7 years (EU tax requirements)
- Account data: Until you request deletion
