1. Agreement
By purchasing or accessing any course on Article 4 Training, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Our Service
Article 4 Training provides online AI literacy courses designed to satisfy the requirements of Article 4 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act. Courses are delivered via our learning platform at learn.article4training.com (powered by Thinkific).
3. Course Access
- Individual plans grant a single user lifetime access to the purchased course.
- Team and Business plans grant access to the specified number of users for the duration of the plan.
- You may not share, resell, or transfer your course access to another person.
- Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
4. Payment and Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
- Team and Business subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on individual course purchases. Contact us at hello@article4training.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
Team and Business plans: refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided fewer than 25% of seats have been used.
6. Certificates
Upon passing the course assessment, you receive a PDF completion certificate documenting your AI literacy training as required under EU AI Act Article 4. Article 4 Training makes no representation that our certificate alone satisfies all regulatory obligations your organisation may have — full compliance may require additional steps beyond employee training depending on how you deploy AI systems.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, assessments, and certificates are the intellectual property of Article 4 Training / Skilara. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: share login credentials, attempt to circumvent assessments, scrape or copy course content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Article 4 Training shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
