Who provides the course

The service

The course is self-paced online digital training: six modules, knowledge checks, a final assessment, and a verifiable completion record where the course requirements are met. It supports workplace AI literacy in relation to EU AI Act Article 4. It is educational material, not legal advice, a compliance guarantee, a regulatory approval, or a certification of an organisation’s AI system.

Price and access

Prices are shown in euro. The final amount, VAT and any applicable tax are shown by Stripe before payment. Individual access is for one named learner. A Teams purchase includes up to ten seats; the purchaser is responsible for assigning seats only to authorised learners. Access is issued after successful payment and may be delivered by secure invitation link.

Immediate digital access and withdrawal

Before payment, consumers are asked to expressly request immediate supply of the digital course and acknowledge the possible effect on statutory withdrawal rights once supply begins. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. For information about distance-purchase withdrawal rights, see the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre guidance. Acceptable use

Do not share secure invitation links or learner sessions, copy or republish course material without permission, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the platform unlawfully. We may suspend access that reasonably appears to breach these terms or threaten the platform’s security.

Completion records

A completion record reflects completion of this course under the platform’s rules. Organisations remain responsible for their own governance, risk assessments, policies, use-case decisions, and legal obligations. Certificate verification is public only when a valid verification code is presented.

Availability and support

We aim to operate the service reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. If a material service issue prevents access, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Latvian law, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply. Any dispute process available under mandatory law remains unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases or where required by law. The version accepted at checkout is retained with the relevant order.
